🐾 Queen Cat Hotel – Stay Policy

 

1. All cats must be domesticated, fully vaccinated, and free from contagious diseases.
Cats must be free of fleas, ticks, ringworm, skin infections, or any visible illness.
If any signs of fleas, fungus, mites, or infection are detected,
a cleaning fee of 500 THB will be applied for decontamination and sanitation.

 

2. If your cat becomes ill during the stay, we will immediately contact the owner and transfer the cat to a veterinary hospital. All medical costs will be fully borne by the owner.

 

3. If the owner fails to pick up the cat after the end of the stay, the hotel reserves the right to consider it an abandoned pet.
In such a case, we will proceed in accordance with the Animal Welfare Act, Section 23 to ensure the best care and protection for the animal.

 

4. In the unfortunate event that your cat becomes seriously ill or passes away during its stay,
the hotel shall not be held liable under any circumstances.
